Hi Guys
I've installed 360 security reasontly. First on my smartphone then on my PC. Then I read 'somewhere' that it was problematic and removed it from my phone.
Now I'm going through reviews to find out what other people say. I read your reviews and checked it out on my own PC and it 'is' listed in progams and functions in control panel and it does offer to remove the program!
Since I have'nt tried to remove it for real, I can't tell you how it ends but can warmly recommend 'RegAlyzer' by SpyBot-S&D to remove traces in the 'registry'! Good Luck!
LaKris.

I dont think you guys understand. 360safe (ZhuDongFangYu) has made itself un-uninstallable. It doesnt show up in ANY uninstall program's program list. You can't manually delete the key in the registry. It installed itself on a friends computer last wednesday and the written in is Chinese. It has since used others to access my friends paypal account. There does not seem to be a way to kill this thing.

Coudnt' find uninstall for 360 via Control Panel so I clicked START, ALL PROGRAMS and started pointing to each icon in the list so I could uninstall anything related. It appeared near the bottom. I think I pointed to Winedt or Microsoft Download Manager.it was there! When I pointed to 360 it gave the option to uninstall! I would not reply to their questions as that may open another can of worms.

i followed the steps and the control panel says that 360 total security is removed from the computer, however there is still the folder "360" remaining in my Computer/Local Disc (C:)/Program Files (x86) directory. i have repeatedly attempted to delete this folder, and every time was locked out, being told i do not have access or privileges to access. (tried running the pc as admin and in safe mode, and neither worked. running out of ideas here.

Hello, try to use iobit uninstaller or adwcleaner

I updated the free Windows 10 from Windows 8 and the 360 Total Security pops up.... I noticed that everything became a lot slower, so I just removed it being that I have Trend on this computer. Once I removed 360 Total Security, my speeds went back to normal...

:-? I found this software, or problemware on my brand new laptop. It is an HP that came with a free subscription to McAfee Internet Security. Suddenly, when I'm setting up the laptop this 360 Internet Security shows up, and next thing I know, it's running scans in the background, and all but usurping the initial antivirus's reason for being. I've removed it from Windows 10, and am glad I found this discussing.
