Cryxos trojan

Now we'll talk about Cryxos, that infected the system, and you unwillingly helped it to do this. This software can cause problems in the system, and we earnestly advise you to uninstall it immediately after reading this article. The easiest method to neutralize the Trojan penetration is to learn how to distinguish viruses. First, we need to explain you what Trojans are. The name "Trojan" is an actual definition: viruses of this type secretly infect victims' machines, trying to look like good utilities, but they can't distribute themselves. Actually, Trojans can't be considered viruses, since viruses can multiply and independently distribute themselves. Trojans depend on people completely, at all times of their existence. The owners of the Trojan have to give it the guise of a decent software, and put the Trojan to a highly visited resource from which it will be accessible to a maximum number of visitors. The place of little malware's next host is free, and if you like these little programs - just install as much free programs as you can, and soon you'll get one. We have to inform you that Trojans are infrequently distributed separately, but much more often in packages also known as “bundles” containing few viruses, malware, adware or Trojans.

When Trojan after all finds a victim it starts to pursue its aims, which obviously means nothing good for the computer. Trojan viruses are the biggest type of unwanted programs, and may scrounge your passwords, include your computer in a criminal scam or cause lots of problems with the PC. Here is a short list of average ways for using Trojans:

  • The last of the popular ways of Trojans use is to make so-called botnets. By these we mean many computers, Macs or even "smart" vacuum cleaners combined by fraudsters in one web that they use for criminal purposes. With help of suchlike botnets they perform attacks on major websites, provide a lot of dangerous e-mails and use their calculating powers for other tasks, like mining of crypto-currency.
  • Trojan viruses, thanks to their invisibility, are just perfect tools for spying on common people. Trojan software can dwell in an unprotected PC for a long time, collecting info about its operator, passwords, attended websites, accounts and, possibly, even any text entered from keyboard.

Each of these manners of applying Trojan viruses can be carried out solely or at the same time. Except enumerated in the previous paragraphs key aims, which directly give profit to swindlers, Trojans also have side effects: they take advantage of the CPU the resources of your computer, clog the system with trashy programs and prevent the computer from being used for its intended purpose. Being aware of this, you'll listen to our tip and delete Cryxos once and for all.
